「When we first got there, the checking in was absolute mess. No order, people pushing to get up to the counter. When there, they ignored you until I had to forcefully say, hey I am here. And the stench in the room was awful. I had a hard time sleeping. I would wake up almost gagging. Out of my 3 weeks in Turkey and Tunisia, this was the most negative situation I had. Now having said that, the place was beautiful and the food was good. So gave it 3 out of 5.」

「The property was beautiful. Morning staff were respectful and helpful. The checkin manager was not helpful at all. Royal suite had 2 beds and one comforter and when asked for extra comforter, no one replied. It might be acceptable for the region but international travellers are used to better...

「I had a mixed experience. Many of the hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a nice location. My challenges started before I arrived. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about a hotel transfer, any arrangements as I would be arriving before the check in time and that it’d be my birthday during my stay so could anything be arranged. I had an initial response but no follow up when I sent over my flight details, nor when I sent a second email to check. The result was that I...

「The beds need improvement, not very clean , doors are noisy, people are friendly and helpful. Overall it's not too bad for the price.」
