"Call me old fashioned but to be greeted by a message at the locked door saying to “use the code we sent you to unlock the door “ was bad. Especially since I never got the text or email. The I called the telephone number and was told to leave a message! Fortunately a real human being - a gardener- helped me out. The rest of the stay was ok but what a crummy start."

"The breakfast menu had many options like bagels, cereal, fruit, danishes, and more. They had juices, coffee, tea, and water. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels without having to ask for extra. They provide a mini-refrigerator, microwave, single-serve coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and more. The pool area was clean, and the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. There is plenty of parking, and the Inn is secure. The Rockport Inn and Suites is just minutes away from the ocean and from Rockport's shopping areas that include candy shops, clothing shops, jewelry shops, and places to eat. This is the second time I have stayed at this Inn, and I would highly recommend this facility. "

"For me it was the best of all worlds - close to the charm of the main action of Rockport, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and everyday coming and going of the town. There's a harbor view from the top of the outside stairs with a small table for morning coffee in the good weather. The apartment was spotless and just as described. "

There was a heating issue the host had some difficulty solving in a timely manner (one night with no heat in the upstairs, but heat was able to travel upward from the main floor). Host was professional and pleasant in their communication, and the house was otherwise a beautiful location to spend a Christmas vacation with family!"

"Me and my 9 girlfriends came for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelorette and this house was perfect! It has space to fit all of us (and then some more), it was a gorgeous home, the views were immaculate. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled and the team got us to check in early, and when one of the girls forgot something the cleaning team waited at the house for me to go back and grab it. They also helped jumped one of my friends car that died ! The team was amazing, the house was stunning everything about it was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big party !"

"This is a great accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen.Everything on the listing is accurate. In a quiet off the main road location, yet close to everything. A short walk to the center of town or the beach as noted. The host is very responsive to any questions you may have. All the details you will need about the property are clearly listed."
