The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for couples, friends or families. The living-dining room is spacious, bright and features air conditioning with heat pump, free WiFi and direct access to a pleasant terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and a practical work surface where you can prepare your favourite recipes with comfort.

Thanks to its excellent location, close to the sea and all services, Samu 1 is a perfect option for a sunny holiday in one of the most beautiful corners of the island.

sehr gelungen

Die Lage ist wie beschrieben sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hebt sich wohltuend positiv ggü. vielen anderen ab. Die Küchenutensilien einschließlich Geschirr und Gläser sind sehr gut. Beide Schlafzimmer und beider Bäder sind gleichwertig hochwertig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Betten sind sehr gut. Wie nahezu in jeder mallorquinischen Fewo funktionierte auch hier die vorhanden Heizung leider nur eingeschränkt. Nur durch zusätzlichen Einsatz der leistungsstarken Klimaanlage konnte wohlige Wärme hergestellt werden.
