Slightly elevated, surrounded by approx. 7000 m2 of natural terrain, the finca is quiet and peaceful at the end of a dead end, approx. 2 km from the sandy bay of Cala Mesquida. The finca consists of 2 residential units.
The larger apartment consists of two bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite on two floors. On the lower floor there is a spacious living / dining area with satellite.-TV, open fireplace and a bedroom with bathroom en suite. The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper floor there is the second bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite.
