On the ground floor of an elegant luxury residence, this magnificent apartment of 66 m 2, tastefully decorated, is ideal for up to four people. It has a spacious living room with a convivial dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and a lounge area open to a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors.
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms: one equipped with a queen-size bed with large closets, and the other modular with two 80 cm beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed, also equipped with storage. A storeroom, a contemporary bathroom and separate toilet complete the living space.
For your comfort, a secure outdoor parking space and a secure bicycle storage are also available.
Not included: final cleaning of 130 euros (optional) + linen (rental possible on request)
