Overall a great experience. The management company is very responsive. It’s a tranquil environment. The town of Lucca is a short cab ride away with fantastic restaurants and shopping. We will be back for sure.

Fine but came up short

Kitchen should have been cleaned more thoroughly before we arrived. Mattresses in the two main bedrooms were old and sank in the middle. Upstairs bathroom oddly lacked towel hooks. I spite of all that the place still had charm.

Wunderschöne toskanische Villa

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, toller Stil! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das offene Kamin ist großartig! Die Schlafzimmer sind alle unterschiedlich, aber jedes für sich wunderschön. Die Lage ist auch super. Der Garten ist riesig und schön. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Lucca stay

The property was in a nice location, only a few minutes drive to Lucca, the train station and the walled city. Lots of space for our family of 4. A really nice villa. Great grounds and a nice view of the mountains. Two issues we had. When we got to the house (mid Nov. outside temp of less than 55 degrees F) the heat in the house had not been turned on in advance of our check-in. Made for a cold first day and night as the house is large and took a while for the house to warm-up. Second, the listing states "clothes dryer". We expected there to be an electric clothes dryer. There was not. There are drying racks to hang wet clothes on. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend staying there.

Relaxing Villa - great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy check in and check out process and the location was great. It was quiet and relaxing. Nice restaurants nearby. Plenty of information provided if you're looking for activities nearby. The furniture in the living room could use a little refreshing/cleaning otherwise it was the perfect Italian vacation! We felt like locals. :-)

Beautiful home near Lucca

We had a great time in Tuscany. This home is in a great location for touring many wonderful places and sites. The booking and check-in processes went smoothly and the manager is wonderful. Thanks for allowing us to rent your house - it was super!

Wonderful Stay

We are super happy and satisfied with our stay. The house was squeaky clean, well equipped and very elegantly decorated. It was everything we've expected. Outside dining area was to die for!! Great memories of life time. I wish there was more than one A/C but we were there during the hottest week of all times and still survived. If we or any of our friends ever plan to visit Lucca or surrounding area we'd highly recommend this house. We can not wait to be back!
