「Mon principal problème concerne le fait qu'en ayant réservé sur Hotels.com, je m'attendais à un service hotelier. A l'accueil, on repart avec un gros sac avec les draps, à charge pour nous de faire les lits et au départ à enlever les draps et les ramener, faire le ménage de la cuisine... il n'y a évidemment aucun service hotelier.
