Wonderful property

We loved everything about our stay. They check in was easy and the home was just as advertised. It was a short walk to the lake and the cool refreshing water. Anything we needed was just a short drive away and if we drive a little farther there were plenty of adventures awaiting us! The kitchen had everything we needed (including everything for s’mores). There were plenty of towels, which was a nice surprise! There were several amenities we didn’t even use - it was really a wonderful house and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay at Canyon Lake!

The deer are abundant in the neighborhood!

Wonderful Stay

The house was perfect for our little group. The property is beautiful. Denise is an amazing host, very thoughtful and responsive. We would love to stay here again someday.

Great for Young group of friends

The best part of this property is the location, hands down. It’s right on the lake and has amazing views from the balcony. Unfortunately, for us with small children, it wasn’t the best. Things were tidy for sure, but you can tell it hadn’t been used in quite some time. We were staying in the off season, so some of that is understandable. I just wish it would have been checked in more thoroughly before we arrived as some things weren’t working. There is definitely so many sleeping options and room for lots of people. If you are a young group of friends looking to have fun out on the lake and just want a convenient place to lay your head at night this will suit you perfectly!

Beautiful View

Very nice property. The view is incredible. A lot of wild life around. The house was very clean. Very nice host, she was able to accomodate a late check out. Will be back again. I highly recommend staying here.

fun filled Canyon Lake get-away

We had a blast! The canyons and cliffs around the lake are beautiful. Water was nice. The sky full of stars and satellites at night. Abundant wildlife. Bring a golf cart and explore the neighborhood. Friendly community neighbors gave our children corn and they were handfeeding the deer. Found out deer love cherries and tator tots too! Hosts were accommodating and even left the ingredients to make smores on an open fire! It was a very enjoyable trip. Thanks to Denise for allowing us to stay. God bless you!

Location! Location! Location!

It was perfect!!! If you want right on the lake, then this is the place for you! House was great also! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We also loved the deer and fox that came to see us every night. The communication with the host was awesome! She answered all my questions very promptly!

Came for the eclipse

Very nice lake house with very comfy beds. The s’mores station was a nice touch. The only complaint was that it was cloudy for the eclipse, nonetheless, it was still quite awe inspiring. We met there with our daughter and her family so it was magical for us.

Lake house getaway 💜

We loved staying here and its close proximity to the lake. Upon arrival we were impressed by the cart on the front porch to help unload the car and of course the amazing view of the lake! The split levels in the house is completely ideal for family/friends and offers so much space. We felt comfortable and never crowded. The spiral staircase between floors was a highlight for the kids! Will book again in the future; this house offers everything you need to feel at home.

Canyon Lake House

Denise has a great home with access to the lake and river. The house has many amenities which we found very useful during our time there. The view of Canyon Lake is second to none and you are literally minutes from everywhere.

Perfect for our 5-13 old kids

We’ve stayed at quite a few “waterfront” properties where water was nowhere to be found. This was so much better than our other experiences! The property owner is honest, friendly, and helpful. Amenities were nice and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We had numerous moments during our short trip that will forever be among our favorite memories. Great weekend on the lake

We had a great weekend on the lake. Spent some time on our jet skis on the beautiful lake, we also enjoyed hanging out in the cove on paddle boards.

Party House

Overseeing the lake from the house deck was amazing, we have booked several rental properties but by far this is the best one🤗 Location, Location, Location you cant go wrong! The house was cleaned, smelled nice, kitchen has all the pots you will need plus the host was excellent! We will book again!

LOCATION! LOCATION! WoW!

We had a great time and are already booking the party cove casa again. House is super clean, perfect for our group. Hostess is a great and responsive communicator. The lake is RIGHT in the backyard. We put our chairs in the water and enjoyed the beautiful lake. At night we had dinner on the spacious deck and watched the beautiful lakeviews and sunset. GREAT house with amazing lake access and views. HIGHLY recommend!

Great location & wonderful stay!

The house is located in a great spot with plenty of parking! The host was wonderful with communication & even left us a lovely welcome gift! The house was extremely clean and set up with all the necessities. We enjoyed floating the river and the lake during our stay! We visited Gruene & ate at the Gristmill also. The lake has easy access right from the back yard (although a little rocky at the bottom). We loved our stay so much, that we are planning our next stay in this house again!
