Not clean
I want to start by saying the property manager was good at responding and trying to solve problems. We asked for an early check in and she accommodated us. When we arrived at the property we quickly realized it was much smaller than expected for the amount of people it sleeps. Once we were done unloading we started noticing that the place didn’t seem to have been cleaned. There was food under the couch long black hair on the floors and on the sheets which obviously were not washed. There was a layer of dust on everything and just overall not clean. I contacted the property manager and her cleaning lady showed up at 9pm at night after we had put the baby to bed and wanted to vacuum she was very rude about having to be there. She vacuumed the areas she could and her husband cleaned the upstairs bathroom that was gross then left. We had no realized the sheets were not washed at this point. When we started cooking dinner we found out ALL the dishes were dirty and needed to be scrubbed because they were disgusting. Ther house itself was very cute but I highly suggest they get a new cleaner.
