"I recently stayed at Harrison Hot Springs Resort and had a mixed but overall enjoyable experience. The highlights of my stay were definitely the hot spring pools, the beautiful walkable gardens, and the spa. The pool bar served delicious frozen drinks that were perfect for relaxing by the water. The grounds are well maintained and make for a lovely stroll, adding to the resort atmosphere. I also had a massage with Shaina, which was excellent and one of the best parts of my visit. She was professional, skilled, and made for a very relaxing experience. The room was clean for the most part, but we were disappointed that we were placed in the older section of the resort despite specifically requesting a room in the newer wing. Unfortunately, the older room’s air conditioning system seemed quite dusty. I suffer from significant allergies, and my symptoms were noticeably worse throughout my stay, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the room. The biggest disappointment was the food and restaurant service. The food was quite mediocre and didn’t meet the expectations. The restaurant also appeared understaffed and overwhelmed by the number of guests. Service felt stretched thin, and this was before the busy summer season has even started, which was concerning. Despite some shortcomings, I still enjoyed many aspects of my stay, particularly the pools, gardens, poolside drinks, and spa services."
