"We were told we were “upgraded” at check in. It was literally an “upgrade “ to a handicap room. The door to the bathroom didn’t even have a handle on the inside. You had to put your finger in a screw hole to try and open it. Not to mention I had booked the most expensive room as it was. They also didn’t advertise you had to pay for parking until we were checking in. They advertised charging stations which there were none to be found. Their choice to handle This was to offer a 20% discount off the parking fee. Would not recommend nor will ever Stay here again: front desk was rude: cleaning folks were rude. "

"Easy check in check out process. The unit is comfortable a great option for a few nights in FC. Located near grocery stores, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and about 5 minute walk to CSU campus. "

"We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few solutions for anything - they did offer excuses. "

"Nice upgraded cute place! Super convenient to CSU, easy to get to the historic downtown, easy check in check out. Parking right at door. As you can see from the pictures it has a spiral staircase up to the bedrooms, so if you had little kids that might be tricky but easy for my teen! "

"Amazing studio room! Awesome location within walking distance to CSU and shops/restaurants. The unit had everything a person could want. Extremely clean! The personal parking spot was very valuable too. Hosts are local and very responsive."
