This property was horrendous. It was dirty, the elevator was out. There was a woman’s soiled panties and dress in the stairway. The door to the stairs was outside and unsecured. Anyone can access the hotel floors. No one was at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to come. The room was equally horrible. No soap. The sheets were not clean. This place should be condemned. I feel the room rent was a ripoff, worst place I e ever been.

The front desk employees were not available for 40min at check-in. I was told no rooms were available due to no house keeping and to come back in a hour. The elevator was down and the only room available after an hour plus was the third floor. Bulid is dirty and needs updating. I did not sleep there.

To greet us, there was a significant puddle of stale water in the elevator (ironically no water in the pool). First room had wrappers on the floor, food splattered all over the microwave area, and a tub full of water. The second room had clean beds but still had debris on the bathroom and living area floors, a cabinet door that needs tightening (which I showed the clerk before we took the second room), light bulb missing (staff asked if we really needed the bulb and came to the room to verify said missing bulb), and no tissues. The breakfast was a joke. Apples and Little Debbie snacks with Tang and apple juice (no exaggeration). Tried to check out at 11:45Am, but nobody at the desk. Seems like the management is in flux and a not checking the boxes on normal hotel etiquette and services. The stay was almost comical. Creepy, but not scary, in a Scoobie Doo Mystery type way. After many years of soccer travel this is my first review. Definitely a note worthy stay!!

No ac heat or cabin the room. Bathroom clogged and no one could unclog it. Staff want friendly. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even come to the counter to check in. Breakfast was a bag of donuts and oranges and bananas. Rooms were not clean and looked like they were thorn apart and just left.

This hotel (it's not a townhouse like the description says) is being renovated. The pool is empty; laundry room is currently closed; they offer breakfast, but it didn't look like much (I really only peeked in here); and there were no vending machines (I wanted a coke. And there's not anything within walking distance to be able to get a drink). There's one working elevator (and on the 3rd floor you have to press up to get it to take you down). They upgraded me to a suite.. which was nice.. the main room (with the beds) was clean (well the shower looked like it could have used a little more cleaning). The living room (extra room) looked like it was in need of someone sweeping it.. there was a bunch of raisins (??) on the floor.. it just was weird. Price was ok, but probably was more than it should be considering all the (mostly) minor issues.. but the minute issues so add to.

Room was clean but we had no toliet paper and the toliet was not screwed down it moved while sitting on it the ice machine was out of order and there were people fighting outside our door in the middle of the night we called the front desk and no one answered

The room was nice but rather cramped. Staff was polite. The breakfast...not so great. The pictures online of the breakfast showed waffle maker, some hot breakfast items. A toaster so we assumed toast or bagels. None of those....breakfast was prepacked donuts, cookies, granola bars, etc. All sugary items. They did have a few overripe bananas.

No staff , no amenities and should not be booked. We had to call and wait forever anytime we needed something. Doors slamming all night, even though we didn’t see anybody or cars. Truly disappointed in this hotel visit and hotel.

Service absolutely sucked. The person behind the counter had an attitude when my boyfriend asked if there was any pest problems pillows were flat and sheets were filthy there wasn’t even a breakfast when we woke up not to mention the tv remote barely worked at all we will not be staying here again. We were also forced to pay 100 deposit for the room that we were never even told about prior to getting the room. If possible i would like a full refund for how poorly we were treated

Upon arriving, we found out the pool was closed, which was the only reason we had booked this hotel. We decided to cancel our reservation, not check in, and go elsewhere. Since we booked through Expedia, staff told us we had to request a refund through them. Expedia had not refunded us because they cannot get in touch with anyone at the hotel to confirm that we didn't check in therefore we are just out our money, even though staff had said she "approved our request" while we were there. I've also tried calling multiple times and each time I hit the number to send me to the front desk, the phone hangs up. Poor communication and honestly the whole situation was sketchy and the hotel looked torn up inside in different places.

The hotel did not provide room key the entire week due to electric power outage. This caused an issue to get into the room more than once due to maintenance not on grounds with the master key. Also came back to hotel on second night, looking like door was broken into with door being open, not protecting petsonal items. Pool and hot tub out of order for what appeared to be construction of putting new tile in the hall leading to that area. No reason to close those amenities, for laying tile. Lay a carpet during operating hours when not having work done. Overall experince unsatisfactory.

Didn't get the room I booked, when we switched rooms the door was open and toiletries very recently used including soiled towels. No trash can, no hangars, questionable elevator

Looks like there in an upgrade, the A/C filter hadnt been cleaned or replaced in atleast a year. Tv didnt work, and smelled like old cigs Staff was kind and helpful

They charge an extra $100 deposit that isn't included in the listing. They didn't charge me bc I told them that I don't smoke so I won't be smoking in the room. They have two elevators. One was broken when we got there... The other broke the day we left.
