The location downtown is great. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room is clean and comfortable.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. We were a group of four and going to stay four nights. However, at check-in, the barely usable card reader (they had only two, but one was broken) rejected all of our credit cards while receptionist never showed his willingness to help, saying these cards reached to the limit of amount (Of course we could use them at another hotel). They didn't accept cash payment. So, we could not even pay cancellation fee they requested at first. Finally, we ended up getting kicked out of the hotel into the cold air to find another place to stay at. I strongly hope this won't happen to anyone in the future.

かつて鉄道が直に乗り入れていた農業機械倉庫をリノベーションした心地良いホテルでした。エントランスロビー、ダイニング、そして部屋のすべて天井が高く、沢山のレンガと木が暖かく包んでくれます。ファニチャーもすべてコンファタブルです。若いスタッフの応対もとってもフレンドリーでした。ルーフトップバーではダウンタウンの夜景を見ながらゆっくりと地ビールを堪能出来ました。次回もまた泊まります!
