Sandpiper Cottage - Sunny & Bright!

Truly get away from it all at this adorable, dog-friendly, two-bedroom home, Sandpiper Cottage. This is a wonderful place to unwind. Your time here can be spent relaxing at the beach, reading, or just lounging on the back deck and soaking up some sun. This is a great place to disconnect from the world but don't worry - there's WiFi throughout the house, so you can still stay as connected as you want to be!

Inside, you'll find a gorgeous river rock gas fireplace, a comfortable living room with lots of spots for curling up with a good book or enjoying a glass of wine in front of the fire. There's a stereo with a CD player so you can bring your favorite music from home, and board games to borrow for an after-dinner activity. There's also a large screen TV for viewing your favorite movies but there is no cable connection

The sunny and bright eat-in kitchen has a table for four, as well as major appliances like a refrigerator and stove-top/oven, along with a collection of countertop appliances, like a microwave, mixer, coffeemaker, and coffee grinder. You can easily fix breakfast, lunch, or dinner in this well-stocked space, all while admiring a nice view of this quiet neighborhood from the kitchen windows. There is not a dishwasher, but when you're on vacation, even washing dishes can be relaxing.

A queen bedroom is quaint and cozy with a snuggly, colorful quilt, a small closet, and bedside tables. There are reading lights in case you want to retire with a good book - you're on vacation and here, you can read as late as you like. In the morning, just wander to the kitchen for some freshly brewed coffee.

The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, perfect for kids. Like the whole house, the bedrooms have wood paneling and decorative touches like stained glass and colorful artwork on the walls. Sandpiper Cottage will sleep up to four guests ( or five if two of them are children ) and one dog for an additional nightly fee. The full bathroom has a fun plaid motif with wainscoting and a walk-in shower.

Outside, you'll have a wonderful grassy lawn and accents like flowered window boxes which give the cottage a storybook feel. This fenced space is great for kids and dogs to play, while the deck is ideal for a glass of wine in the evening or an afternoon cookout. And when you want to head down to the beach, easy access is only two houses away and down a short path.

You are welcome to bring your dog buddy with you but note Sandpiper Cottage is happy to host 1 dog only - 20 pounds or less. Please know there's a $60 plus tax fee per dog per stay.
