「This is the nicest hotel I think we have ever stayed at! The location cannot be beat for Haystack rock. An easy walk to checking out the tide pools. Staff were extremely friendly. Easy check in with welcome beverage. Warm cookies in lobby each day. The hotel hides a glass sand dollar each day and whoever finds it gets free dessert at neighboring restaurant. 「This hotel and the staff who run it were exceptionally wonderful. It's always heartening to be able to speak with a real person at the front desk (and not an automated phone service) when you are on the road headed to your hotel but run into road blockages and delays along the way. We were assisted immediately on the phone by Joey at Reception who gave us valuable information on the road conditions and assured us our room key would be accessible if we arrived late. 途中で抗議したのですが、イヤイヤながら、2回部屋を無理やり変えさせられました。
その度に、本館と離れ館の間を100mを徒歩で行ったらきたり、最悪の対応です。
調整不足のフロントの対応に激怒しています。
ワタシはオススメしません。
