Beautiful summer apartment with balcony and sea view set directly on the famous boulevard La Croisette, seconds away from the beach. This two ensuite bedroom apartment is a great home base to explore one of the most popular destination during the summer in Europe, Cannes!

The apartment is directly on the boulevard La Croisette, which is full of designer stores, restaurants, and cafes. Enjoy the best of Cannes by walking around La Croisette towards the old city centre. It is just 15 minutes to Palais de Festival and 20 minutes to Le Suquet - medieval part of the city full of jazz bars, indie stores, and bistros serving Provençal dishes line the streets. If you are looking for a safe and lively neighbourhood with quick and easy access to all popular sites then this is YOUR place!

This bright, spacious apartment holds 70m2 for four to six people. It features a living room with convertible sofa and dining table two cosy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a plenty of storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Balcony has a direct view on boulevard La Croisette and the beach. Perfect for family holidays as well as a business trip!

Please share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00 until 21.00. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee from 21.00 until 23.00 - 30 EUR, after 23.00 - 50 EUR.

Please respect our apartment and neighbours and keep the noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund and security deposit will be charged.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
