Access to the beaches on foot via a lovely promenade along the Siagne where you will find: children's playgrounds, pétanque games, free health and fitness trails, cycle track, golf, restaurants, casino, etc. The residence is located 5 minutes from Cannes by the sea, 20 minutes from Nice, 30 minutes from Fréjus / St Raphaël and 3/4 hour from Monaco with direct motorway access in both directions.
