Located on Boulevard Alexandre III, the apartment is easily accessible:
- 10 minutes by car or public transport from Cannes train station
- 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport
Parking is available, though limited, with a few shared spaces in the building’s lot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
