"Just superb. A magical property that has been well thought out and caters for all types. Valerio and the team are super helpful at any time. The view and surroundings are spectacular. The air con works perfectly. The pool and hot tub are a proper luxury!The table tennis table provides extra entertainment. Nearby shops (5 min drive) are well stocked (a bit more expensive as it’s a seaside town). The fish market is superb. Beaches are between 5 and 20 mins depending on what you are looking for. All round a 5* stay!"

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! From booking the villa to check-out, Luciana and Dominique were very accommodating. They were available for recommendations and even brought over a delicious treat on my friend's 40th birthday! The views were stunning and the house was spacious. There were multiple terraces/levels which provided our 8-person group a wide variety of places to hang out and enjoy the scenery. The trek down to the beach was very doable. About 10 minutes down the hillside. We enjoyed spending the days at the beach bars and dips in the sea. We wish we could have stayed longer in this perfect paradise!"

"Villa Three Palms is a gem. The location is breathtaking, the house is grand, and the property has plenty amenities, including walk-down access to the sea. On top of that, our host, Graziella, was wonderful. She kindly communicated in English, given our limited Italian, and was very responsive to different questions and needs as they arose. She also prepared two exquisite dinners and one lovely breakfast for my group of 11, and she accommodated all dietary preferences very well. Those meals, and the added benefit of getting to chat more with Graziella, made the trip feel extra special."

"Beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the beach and sea by more than 180. We were a family of 6 adults and two small children and the property gave us plenty of space inside and out. There are four seating areas with a great BBQ so you can always have shade, breeze and sun!The kitchen is small but well equipped.The lounge is large and comfortable with a large window overlooking the bay.Communication with Maria was good and she and her husband met us at the bottom of the village and showed us where the villa was and ensured we had our questions answered They also left us with a fridge of anti pasti, beer, wine, soft drinks and bread. Most amazing welcome pack ever!!!There is no air conditioning which may be a problem in the height of summer but fans are available and there is usually a breeze blowing .The area is quiet and restful. Good pizzeria and market near the beach which was great for all the family.We would love to visit again."
