We were surprised to be short a couple of bath towels and had a broken light, but we are happy with how quickly these issues were dealt with. The outside hottub could probably be a degree hotter.

Otter Hotel
Otter hotel is a beautiful hotel located at the beginning of the Banff strip. The hotel itself is clean, cozy and awesome. However, the staff were unfriendly and lost. The employees working the front desk seem lost and unable to help. We were given a voucher for the restaurant and went to use it ...

The Fox Hotel and Suites
Quaint atmosphere with fireplaces burning real wood in the outdoor area, the lobby and the restaurant!! Great hotel service. Very helpful staff. The spa was amazing!!! Great food at the restaurant for breakfast.
