Banff Rocky Mountain Resort
The room was great! It was clean, spacious and cozy. It did however lack a mirror outside of the bathroom and made two friends sharing a room more challenging when getting ready in the morning.

Had a great 2 night stay, comfy beds, clean room accommodating and helpful staff. Only suggestion is to butter the toast for any breakfast room service order.

Otter Hotel
Everything was amazing! From check in to departure- not one complaint. Staff is so friendly, very accommodating and helpful. The parking is easy, hot tub perfect and rooms were very clean. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Travelled with my husband for our anniversary.
