Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Skyline Peaks is Canmore's brand new vacation property . Walking distance to Downtown, coffee shops, restaurants and brewing. 15 minutes to Banff, 45 minutes to Lake Louise. Features: Maintain view, full sized kitchen, coffee makers, 3 bedrooms + sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, work desk, smart TV, free wifi, BBQ, AC, parking, can accommodate up to 8 people. Heated pool and hot tub! Come to the mountains and start from here. 2.5 hours away Walking Distance to Downtown, and other local restaurants such as Table Food and Drinks, Wood, Rose and Crawn, Flake, Famous Chinese Restaurant and so on. Visit the visitor center just 5 minutes driving from the vacation home. This vacation home is located in proximity to downtown Canmore, and the gateway to the National Parks like Banff, Yoho, Kootenay and Jasper National Parks. Canmore hosts a variety of festivals and events every year, like the Canmore Folk Festival, Highland Games, Canmore Uncorked, Winter Carnival, and more! We once reached the peak by taking three hours from the trial in the back of the mountain. Boating in Lake Minnewanka in the summer is very nice. This glacial lake located in the eastern area of Banff National Park is the longest and deepest lake in the park. If you like ice climbing in the winter, Johnson Canyon is one of many places to go. Our most favor winter sport is downhill ski at the ski resorts of Sunshine, Lake Louise and Kicking Horse with 30, 60, 90 minutes driving distance, respectively. Riding to the top of Sulphur Mountain by Gondola or hiking to the top, you can overview spectacular rocky mountains and the Town of Banff. Bring your skates and discover Canmore's Pond for a wonderful family time. Horseback riding, water rafting in the Bow Valley, and walking on an ancient glacier (Icefield Parkway), and much more, you will love these all.
