Brad provided detailed information on the check in process. The unit is part of a 3 building managed resort with in house services that wasn’t included in the Vrbo agreement. The onsite staff provided check in and check out services, but not any housekeeping or supplies. The unit was well stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, dishes, cleaning supplies, laundry pods, etc. Brad was within easy reach via text message and provided tips on nearby restaurants, etc. We had a wonderful stay at this place. Price is not cheap, but we’re paying for Banff/Canmore location. Would highly recommend this place if your party requires the amenities for the number of people staying there.

I would absolutely rate this stay 10/10. The location is fantastic, with access to two different hot tubs and a swimming pool, and it’s within easy walking distance to downtown. The suite itself is set up perfectly for a cozy night in. Watching a movie on the big screen was a great touch, and everything you might need is close by. The space was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Brad was a great host. He was helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a great location.

Adorable condo. Rooms and bathrooms were a great size. Layout was great, no wasted space. Felt safe, especially for being on the ground floor...which was super handy since I had my dog with me. I personally slept on the pullout couch and was perfectly comfortable. We might have a new go to for staying in Canmore!
