別荘ライフ！！

チョットバンフからは遠く、名前にバンフリゾートと付いているので、間違えやすいホテルです。場所が分かりにくく、レンタカーのナビにも住所が入らず、こまりました。たまたまお聞きした方が、知っていて、地図を書いて下さり、無事見つける事が出来ました。本当に運が良かった！！という感じです。チェックインの時、デポジットを預けなくてはいけなくて、チェックアウトの時に、返金との事でしたが、朝８時にチェックアウトしようとした所、フロントが締まっていて、返金してもらえませんでした。レンタカーの返車、飛行機の時間等があり、待っている事も出来なかったので、仕方なく、お部屋にキーを置いて帰ってきました。反金はどうなるのでしょうか？お部屋は、コテージ形式で、キッチン付、ゆっくり出来、他人を気にせず過ごせ、最高でした。

A nice and clean resort, friendly staff, I was sent to the hospital before the day checkout, I ask for late checkout and the staff waived the extra charge.

Absolutely loved our stay at Banff Gate Mountain Resort! 🌄 Stunning mountain views, spacious accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen, and comfy beds with extra bedding. The welcome center has games for all ages, plus there’s a basketball and tennis court. Friendly staff made it a perfect and fun family getaway!

Stayed for 2 nights. Quiet and beautiful area. Lowlight was we wanted to stay an extra night in the same cabin but when we asked the front desk person quoted doubled the price per night we had for the previos 2 nights. We ended up not extending our stay.

Chalet bien rénové à l’intérieur, notamment les salles de bain. Très propre. Lits confortables. Cuisine très bien équipée, une planche à découper aurait été utile. Très bonne communication avec l’équipe par téléphone et sur place (courriel ou message via Expedia sans réponse). Nous reviendrons!

Great property for a stay when skiing or hiking and not wanting the glitz and glam of staying right in Banff. Rooms are great for longer stays where you would like to cook your own food. If you are wanting restaurants or takeout then you will have to drive to everything. Pool and area was down when we were there so passes were given for the pool in Canmore as a replacement. This was great other than the fact that you have to then drive rather than just being right at your resort.

Enjoyed the very spacious cabin, large deck, and beautiful view. Great large game/playroom in main lodge for families. Could be better equipped with sharpened knives, a few smaller glasses. Overall, always great place to stay.

I was suppose to have free Buffet breakfast not just free breakfast.. The buffet consisted of toast cold scrambled eggs ,rock hard hashbrowns , and dry pancakes. When i asked about bacon or sausage the lady said this is all they offer for the buffet. If i want bacon or sausage it would be extra cost.so i went accross the street to the McDonald's and ate there for my 3 mornings.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My only complaint is how creaky the cabin is. Every step you take is heard throughout the entire cabin.
