Check in was seamless and host was very responsive! We had an issue with the water being shut off for repairs one afternoon, but the host let us know in advance (and it wasn't their fault). Would stay again!

Exactly as described. Great location, well stocked unit, easy check-in. Highway noise was very manageable with the ear plugs provided and our white noise machine. Great proximity to Elevation Place. Kids loved the waterslide and pool. We will definitely stay again.

The room was clean and modern. The building is walkable to a number of restaurants, and my daughter loved the pool and waterslide. Easily driveable to Banff and significantly less crowded which we liked. The building is being refurbished so there was some mess, but it was not overly noisy or disruptive. Overall it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is in a fantastic location—walking distance to downtown Canmore, restaurants, and shops. Everything was very clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay.There was a bit of noise from the highway if the patio doors were open, and we occasionally heard neighbors from below and beside us, but it wasn’t a big issue since we were out exploring most of the time.We absolutely loved Canmore—even more than Banff. While Banff felt crowded and we didn’t spend much time there, we couldn’t get enough of downtown Canmore. The pedestrian-friendly streets, cute shops, and great food made it such a fun place to spend our evenings.The host’s communication was excellent—very quick, friendly, and thoughtful. They even called the day before our trip to check if we needed anything specific to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay in Canmore!

Great option for families and travelers who would like full kitchen amenities. The unit is in great condition. The property was undergoing some small renovations during our stay. The balcony faces the trans canada so noise from traffic at all hours. But we didn’t hear the cars when we were inside with windows closed.

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, and easy to walk to your destination and transportation. Shower was magnificent, bed cozy and patio relaxing. Highly recommend.

Although the hotel it's self was under construction, the room we had was amazing. My son loved it. And the pool at the hotel is great. I loved the indoor/outdoor hot tub.

Everything we needed

Everything about this stay was excellent. Owners were very responsive, and check in was a breeze. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was convenient to Banff, and Canmore served as a great base location.

NOISY Highway- don’t expect to sleep!

Check in and out was the only nice thing about this stay. Neither of us slept! This Unit faces the highway and is extremely noisy. Even with windows closed. Were promised by owners that hot tub would be working. We show up and signs all over saying hot tub closed until further notice. Owners could have given us the courtesy heads up and option to cancel as this was one feature we wanted as we were there for some long bike day trips. Netflix did not work because it is connected to someone else’s and you require their password to even log out. There was some kind of crackers or broken cookies and crayons in the track of the patio door. The bed was extremely hard and did I mention NOISY?!!! lol. In 3 nights, each of us maybe had a total of 15hrs of broken sleep. Just exhausted. Won’t be going again.

The pictures were decieving. Room was small and older than pictures. Same for the pool and hot tub. But it was clean and taken care of. You gotta take your garabge down, which was weird. You dont check in till 4 pm and must check out at 11 am, so you varely get to even spend time in the room. Overall 3/5 .

Great place to stay! The condo is in the heart of Canmore with a great view of the mountains. We really enjoyed the amenities and access to the pool and waterslides. We enjoyed the warm feeling of condo, the kitchenette and comfortable bed! There were even toys for our kiddos:) It was very convenient to have a washer and drier right in our condo. I would say the one draw back is that the place is starting to get dated and it is pricey but it more than met all our families’ needs and we would definitely book again while staying in the mountains!
