A spacious 1 bedroom villa in Canggu is ready for you to spend your best holiday! Located in a quiet gang, just steps away from the coolest restaurants, cafes and bars in Canggu - a refuge to relax in the bustle of Balis trendiest place.
The bedroom is designed to feel good with a comfortable bed, desk and wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is open and offers a spacious bathtub to enjoy a bubble bath under the stars or in the sun! The large glass doors offer the most beautiful view to wake up in the morning, overlooking the private pool area and garden. You can be sure to have easy mornings here!

The open living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy couch area and sunken seating area to enjoy your meals, some drinks or just relax. A cool and trendy detail that we love! Wooden stairs are leading upstairs to a mezzanine area with another desk and large TV to enjoy some calm time and relax.

The pool area offers an outdoor shower, wooden decks and comfy day bed to spend your days or evenings. The beautiful private pool includes a beach area - perfect to tan without getting too hot and enjoy a good book or chat with your loved one.

Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa and the manager on side will help you with all questions and requests that might arise during your stay. He can help you with car/scooter rental, laundry service, tips for the area and more.

The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

* Please note that only drop-off from online taxi companies are allowed in the neighborhood. Should you wish to be picked-up our villa manager will be happy to assist with your request. Local authorities do not allow pick-up in the area from online apps*

**Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in- late we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast not included and a personal Chef is not available, but the villa is within walking distance to many restaurants.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is with maximum 2 persons

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
