We booked this villa for our nyepi day stay, and breaker went off so we were out of air conditioner, lights, etc for couple hours while other villas still had access to it. The most enjoyable part was the pool, very well maintained and nice water

Lots of space! The loft style can easily accommodate for 2 adults. The area is close by cafes, restaurants, laundry and gyms. The pool is a nice perk for a swim and is clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again.

good for value

The townhouse located in the heart of Berawa. It's so easy to travel within the area. Don't expect Askara to be a 5 stars type of accommodation with above and beyond service. Askara is very good for it's value. It's spacious, each room comes with basic facilities and necessities, staffs are friendly and daily room cleaning are available. I will always come back to Askara for my long term stay in Canggu area.

So I’d first like to say the staff is wonderful and I thank them for trying to make my stay good. Unfortunately, the place needs a lot of work. Spiders, roaches, and lizards in the place all the time. They say it’s because of the area, but it’s actually because of the repairs needed. Example, there’s a gap between the upstairs window and frame that lizards would come in all the time. Old tape was put there to keep them out, but did not work. They need to fix this. The internet is shared between all units, which makes it very slow. The towels, bedding, and dishes are old and need to be replaced. And finally, the sink fixtures are old and have mold and calcium all over. I do t recommend staying here. So much potential, but none of these issues will be addressed, making this place inhabitable.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The house was not as advertised—the pictures on the website were misleading. Upon arrival, the place was dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. It did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and overall, it was far from what I expected based on the listing. That said, the workers were very nice and polite, which I appreciated, I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Expected more, but would return if more clean

This place has good and bad things. I really like the property but the bathrooms aren't cleaned properly and the breakfast I paid extra was really a joke. The property itself is good and well located, and the staff is wonderful. If you're staying there do not pay for breakfast, and consider cleaning the bathroom yourself if that's within your budget.

Spacious enough for the room, the bathroom is simple and small. Can't have late check out, there are different people at the receptions and don't really communicate with each other. Overall still a good stay, suitable for independent travelers.
