"The area is amazing within a 2 minute walk to the train station and lots of dining options nearby. The room was so big and I even had my own balcony with a small table and chair that I enjoyed every morning and night. Came with a kettle so was able to do my tea and coffee each morning that they supplied. Had my own little table and chair inside also which was really nice. "The property was very clean and in a lovely location- just a walk into the town of Amboise. The property was well equipped with towels, cleaning supplies etc. We also enjoyed the pool.However access was a bit of an issue as the host did not respond to my messages regarding the entrance of the gîte. This was quite stressful as we were unsure as to which property was the correct one. However after we worked this out, the stay was very pleasant and we had a lovely holiday!"
