"Staff was very polite, clean room , just needed to dust some areas, breakfast was good"

Couch had stains on it, kitchen was not equipped with even a knife to cut cheese or anything else, floors left out feet dirty two minutes after getting out of the shower (like filthy, we had to wash our feet before putting our socks on!), curtain in the bedroom was stuck down and we had to roll a towel under it as there was a one inch crack someone could see into, no hair dryer in the bathroom, and I could go on. The only positive thing was the bed was comfortable. "

"The elevator was broken. The television was broken. No one came to fix the TV until the next day. They said they would bring a new remote and they never came was up all night didn’t see him until the next day. The TV technician that came was very nice and he was able to fix the TV. "We werein town for one night for the Brandon Lake concert and I think this hotel was a wise choice. Breakfast was good and we felt welcomed by staff. Only minor complaint is that we were given a handicap room which is fine but the way the shower drain was, caused water to get everywhere in the bathroom floor. This could definitely be considered a hazard for someone with a handicap. "
