The staff where excellent, always there always helpful and always with a smile. The standard room was of good size with plenty of draw and hanger space. Excellant stay at the Acacia hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous . Most of the things are near by to hotel like candolim beach, market for shopping, car/bike rentals etc. Hotel is conveniently located in candolim. Hotel's restaurant food is tasty but little bit higher on the price side. Breakfast buffet served had a lot of varieties to chose from and at the same time tasty and joyful. The dining area is at the 4th floor with a nice view of the city.. Over all we had a joyful stay as a family traveler and would definitely revist and recommend it.

We enjoyed our trip very much. Pool was little small but deep enough. It was covered and we enjoyed swimming during rainy days. Break fast was good lot of options very attentive staff. Very delicious North Indian food in dinner. The thing I didn’t like was the lighting in rooms were very old may be 15 years old led lights In washrooms wasn’t appropriate. Linens were old need a change Hotel on candolim calangute road. Very convenient location. Will definitely come back

Nice clean hotel staff was amazing Food at the restaurant was amazing.. Really helped my nephew with his allergies The only problem I found was rooms were being cleaned at 3-6pm a bit late for me .. I also needed a gown which I could have ordered but released on the last day But it was an amazing stay .. i can’t moan

Rooms are dirty, wood floor are broken and dirty. You absolutely can not walk bare foot in the room. Bathroom smells all the time even after shower as if there is smell coming out from sewer line. The only thing that was good about the stay was food. I would not recommend anybody else to stay in this hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel at all.

On arrival, it was welcoming and professional.. Unable to check in early, but texted us an hour before check in to say room was ready. The room had an over powering and foul smell and we were moved rooms. The changed room was an improvement, although the bed sheets really needed to be placed in the bin, as did the towels and bath mat. This was the experience day on day of our 5 night stay. The person providing housekeeping was friendly, but the hotel needs to replace their bedding and towels, they are long past their life cycle and shouldn't be acceptable to any guest. The breakfast was 2-3 star quality at best. Poor selection poor produce, poorly prepared and served. There is a distinct lack of management or supervision and most staff seem unhappy, most likely due to their conditions and how they are treated. It is fine for 1 night stay, but will ruin a vacation if it is your base for a longer stay.

Ok med god følelse av trygghet.

Sentral og grei beliggenhet. Det er rent og pent. Men bærer sterkt preg, untatt i resepsjon og delvis restaurant, av forsømt vedlikehold. Det ser slitt og ignorert ut, det er synd fordi det har nok vært bra i begynnelsen. Generelt fungerer hotellet bra som hotell med hyggelig betjening som faktisk spør om du har det bra og trives. Er dessverre veldig usikker på om svaret som blir gitt oppfattes, det virker ikke slik. Underlig at det vannfallet i basseng området som er innendørs egentlig er på og konstruert slik at det durer og bråker i hele rommet som også er fellesareal.. Dette får det ellers som kunne vært et hyggelig oppholdsted for en kaffe ol til å bli et slitsomt støykaos.
