Newly renovated 3 bedroom/1 bathroom home nestled in the beautiful mountains of WNC. Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate and13 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. A large fenced-in backyard offers plenty of room for children and pets to enjoy. Guests can relax in front of the fireplace indoors and the hot tub outside. This is the perfect mountain getaway for a family or group that wishes to enjoy the peacefulness of being outside of the city while also only a short drive from the restaurants, shopping, breweries, and galleries of downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village.

This was a great place to stay! The house was very clean, and we loved the hot tub! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. We would stay here again, but next time, we'll plan a longer trip!

Amazing home! Very clean, great space and lovely back yard!

Communication was handled great, we knew what to expect early and had very quick responses to questions. The kitchen was well stocked. Cozy living room. Jacuzzi worked great! The backyard was wonderful for kids and dogs! Location was nice too, close enough to everything but away enough to feel secluded. Would definitely stay here again.

WELL PLEASED

The only problem we had was with the city water system. This was caused by the extreme cold weather that hit the city the day before my arrival date. The property manager responded in a timely manner and time. Every thing we needed for our stay was provided and was in the house. I am not someone that will give a good rating because I was asked or demanded to give them. I give the owned an A+ because they earned it. Thanks for a n enjoyable stay.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay at this property and would highly recommend to other small groups looking for a rental property close to Asheville. Everything was clean and modern, and the hot tub was a really nice bonus. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. When a member of our party left an item behind they shipped it at no cost back to us, which was very much appreciated! The location was easy to get to, close to highways and restaurants, with only a short drive to downtown.

Fun layover to WCU

We stayed here on a layover to WCU to move our daughter into her new apartment. We are a family of 4 and brought her roommate and his mom. The location is in a neighborhood and we felt very safe. Uber rides to downtown Asheville cost about $16-26 one way. The owner made it easy to access the home and communicated well. Even the grown kids enjoyed playing with the games that were provided. Everyone commented that the home was perfect for our needs. They did a good job renovating the home. It was comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!!
