There was a little language barrier but using translator with them worked perfectly. We wanted to see the real parts of Spain, this was the adventure we wanted. I recommend renting car and travel the differ cities. This hotel is definitely a 10."

"The hostal is very comfortable & clean. We were welcomed by the gentlemen who staffs the hostal, he was very helpful & made us feel very welcome. The beds are very comfortable. We had a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. I would recommend the hostal, we hope to make a return visit in the future."

"Amazing rustic place, I call, “a stone village!” Wow. Most pastoral peaceful place I have stayed for a hotel visit. Highly recommended! Wonderful catered breakfast available all morning after 9am. Host offered to make it earlier if we so needed. Super kind! "

"We spent two nights at La Covacha in July and it was an excellent Casa Rural. The owner greeted us and she gave us a lot of good information and amongst other things good directions for two walking trips with fantastic bathing opportunities in the Gargantas. The pool was nice and so was the mini pond with frogs. The large room was clean and breakfast was good as well."

"One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Large room, perfect for us and our daughter to share, with a huge stone terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs, looking directly at the mountains. Wonderful horse-riding close by and hiking directly from the parador. Delightful staff in the restaurant and fantastic regional food."

"I really enjoyed this parador. It’s a beautiful facility and decorated very nicely. Has a lovely patio to sit out and have a cocktail. The pool is great. Very natural setting. Which I enjoyed a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel."
