「Love the house. The property is amazing. The layout of the home was great! The ONLY issues were the hot water- it doesn’t last long AND there was a leak coming from the range hood so we just kept a pot on the stove to catch the water. The community pool was amazing. 「WOW! This incredible villa right on the beach was a once in a lifetime experience to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with our whole family. They even worked to get me in before the 24 hour required reservation. The house was beautiful, clean and the owner and Manager were excellent. Very professional, very kind, and very helpful. 「This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults for our 9 night stay. We’d been to Puerto Morelos twice before (2005 & 2008) when our kids were young. They are now young adults (24 & 27) with lovely partners and we wanted to celebrate the university graduation of the younger pair as well as get together with our daughter and her boyfriend who live and work in the UK. The house was just great for our occasion. Each bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite so each couple had their own space....

「The listing did not show the front of the house. We tought maybe the inside was better . It wasn't the case. The floor was dirty, the house in general dusty, the fridge very sticky on the outside, the inside had leftover food. Very old appliances and not throughly cleaned. The house was extremely hot, the A/C units and the fans where turned off and it took a long time to get comfortable. But more than anything what bothered us more was that there where 2 rooms locked up, with no explanation,...

「It’s a total scam the the king size bed is two síngal beds in one! The locating is not we’re they say it was. It’s old and outdated place. Cockroaches everywhere and place in no good don’t recommend 」

「イスラムヘーレス　ゾエトリーホテルに2日目宿泊するため立地、港へのアクセスからこのホテルを利用しました。 スタッフの対応・サービスはまずまずでした。言語の伝わりやすさ（英語）スムーズでした。 部屋の快適さ・綺麗さはいまいちでした。カビ臭かったです。お風呂・洗面所まわりの清潔さがいまいちでした。 オールインクルーシブで予約したのですが、満足度はまぁまぁ良いです。ホテルへ到着した夜ご飯の際、テーブルクロスやお皿等の汚れが気になりました。 今回は到着した日の夜1泊のみの利用でした。ホテルのトータル満足度は、まずまずです。潔癖の方は要検討してから予約することをおすすめします。潔癖以外の方は大きな問題はないホテルです。」
