Modern & Large Villa Located On Caribbean Beach

  • This modern villa will accommodate up to 10 people and has over 5,000 sq.ft of living space and terraces . It features a large living room, flat screen TV, dining room, kitchen with all the conveniences of a modern kitchen, laundry room, 4 full size bathrooms, each with a shower. One large terrace off the living room and another one off a seaside bedroom.
    Located just steps away from the white silky beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, enjoy the sun on your private terraces or sunbath by the pool located just steps away from your front door. The upper terrace has a beautiful panoramic view of the aqua blue green ocean as far as your eyes can see north and south.
    The living room features a large sectional couch that will seat more than 8 people, plus there are two side chairs. The dining room will seat 8 people in comfort and overlooks the ocean. If you love to cook, this kitchen offers you the room to prepare gourmet meals, afternoon snacks or cocktails at 6 to watch the sunset from the top terrace. This villa is designed to entertain and to enjoy your vacation with friends or family gathered together. Many holidays have been celebrated in this villa by the owner and their family and friends.
    If you rent a car there is free parking space available. Buses also run at all hours every few minutes and pick up in the front of the property for just a few pesos. These buses take you to all the Cancun restaurants and hot spots. Taxi's and UBER are also available in the front of the condo.
    There is a front gate with 24-hour security.
    The villa is air conditioned for your comfort and ceiling fans as well throughout the villa.

50th Anniversary family trip

The Condo was very comfortable, large and bright with huge windows overlooking the ocean! 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Our favourite place was on the terrace that was right on the beautiful beach!It worked really well for the whole family.

This place is big and right on the beach. 100 ft from the pool and 100 ft from the beach bar/restaurant. A/C was cold and beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and all of the hosts recommendations worked out very well. Chef Mar made us two dinners, both of which were the best we had on our trip. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Villa on the beach!!!

My family just spent the best week at this villa. It was huge and has the perfect set up for our family. The kids loved the pools (which are about ten feet outside your doorstep) and looking out at the beautiful ocean was such a treat. Miriam was very responsive and met every need immediately. Also we arranged for Chef Mar to come three nights and she made the trip even more special. We will definitely return!

The pictures does not due it justice. This place was great. Miram was great, met us at the shuttle and did a very thorough walk through with us. Chef Mar is highly recommeneded. Cooked us 4 delicious meals! Would definitely use her again!

Fantastic

My wife and I took our 5 kids age 14-26 plus a son and daughter in law to this fantastic home on the beach. We usually are go, go, go on vacation, but the amazing view of the ocean, roomy comfortable living area and beach right off our spacious patio had us taking our time every morning before heading out to adventures. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean. We are talking about coming again already. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Ideal Family Getaway

Don’t look any further than this Villa overlooking the beautiful Caribbean turquoise water. You’re still in Cancun, but not by the skyscraper. Hi hotels on the northern strip. Beach was less crowded, and the property immaculate. But the best of all was our host Miriam. She was a ready and willing concierge. And helped us with anything and everything we needed.

Mini Vacation

The place is absolutely perfect and I was so happy to have found it. Miriam is very helpful and will message you with any information you need including places to go, rides from the airport, etc. The villa itself could not be in a better location with the pool and bar directly out your front door and the ocean/bar directly out your back door. Additionally the place was secure, had taxis onsite 24/7 for easy travel, and a bus station right outside that will take you up and down the hotel zone. The place was clean and comfortable and was just perfect for our quick trip to Cancun. I highly recommend this villa.

Great location & space for families

The location was awesome right on the beach, we had two families with two kids/teenagers each. Everyone had their own space, Villa was very clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The host was amazing. There is a community pool, community bar where you can order food and drinks. A couple of things to keep in mind is if you have mobility issues it does have a lot of steps, especially in the master. And if you are a light sleeper. Don’t take the master. We could hear the bar in kitchen all night and early morning.

60th birthday vacation

Views from this property are beautiful. Miriam was amazing and responded quickly. The only drawbacks I’d say were that you couldn’t just walk to restaurants and we thought the beach was a swimming beach but it’s sting waves. Two of the a/c units were leaking water in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Everything else was great.

Family Treat

This was my first time using VRBO. My siblings and I aged 55-72 with one youngster aged 21 years had a wonderful experience. My initial contact with Miriam was 6 months before my arrival. She responded to every text and phone call immediately. Miriam assisted with Transportation to and from the villa. , day trips, shopping, and other places of interest. We used Chef. Mar who cooked 4 meals for the family and on our last day a Mexican fiesta complete with a game of loterria. Thank you Miriam we cannot wait to return

Awesome!

We had a great time here! Miriam did a great job with our questions before we even arrived and was waiting to welcome our group of 8 when we disembarked at the entrance. She helped us secure transportation from the airport, which was a great start to our vacation. The villa itself was perfect for us and we loved the location. Very clean, modern, and more than enough room. The beach was just a few steps away and the pool area very nice. The highlight of our stay was Chef Mar! We booked her to prepare dinner every night and we’re so glad we did. We can’t recommend her enough. The dinners were outstanding with plenty of food for all. If you’re on the fence about whether to have her cook for you, just do it. We’re already planning a return trip and looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful villa right in the Zona Hotelera

Beautiful villa, amazingly clean and spacious! You are truly right on the beach in this villa but up and out of the sand. Each room has an individual air conditioner that was wonderful and very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were in good working order. Beach is on the southern end of the Zona Hotelera but you can walk about a mile south on the beach and several miles north and see a bit of what the big resorts have to offer. The villa is in a smaller resort and it had nice thatch umbrellas (palapas) that were generally available right on the beach but our location on our private terrace just above the beach seemed even more optimal. It was VERY windy the whole time we were there, there were constant 15-20 mph winds and the lifeguards often restricted how far into the water you could go as a result but the water itself was warm, blue, beautiful, and pleasant and the temperatures (early April) of water and air were just perfect!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation. The patio had enough chairs for all of us and the beach was not crowded. The only down side of our trip was the wind was very high during our stay, so we were unable to get in the ocean much. The living space was great. All nine of us had plenty of room. The best part of our stay was the private chef, Chef Mar. She was fantastic! Every meal was perfect. We had plenty to eat, but it was so good, we did not have many leftovers. Miriam was extremely helpful. She was quick to communicate and meet our needs. Both Chef Mar and Miriam are 10 out of 10. It allowed us to have a relaxing Spring Break. Tourist tip: If you decide to take the bus to Wal-Mart, it is very inexpensive and we felt safe. However, if you are returning in the afternoon, we found that all of the buses were overcrowded.

Highly recommend this stay We came with a family of 10 adults and 2 newborns and celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. The pool and beach are so close- 20 steps away. White sand beach where we saw baby turtles hatch and momma turtles laying eggs at night—so cool. Those that wanted to do excursions booked through the property and were picked up each day. The best part of this property was Chef Mar- we hired her to cook for us twice a day!! It was sooo yummy and she is so kind and accommodating. We also hired her to buy snacks for our kitchen so we never went shopping. She served us a giant breakfast and dinner as we sat around a big dining room table. It was a great experience having all our children spouses and new grand babies together for breakfast and dinner each day! We will be coming back. Suggestions- if you have a bigger party book this place and a few rooms at the hotel/condos on sight- then your party can still be near one another.

Just as described

We had a wonderful vacation in this awesome house. There’s bedrooms and stairs all over the place and the marble floors are amazing. The view from the deck was really incredible! The check-in was so smooth, Miriam met us and showed us all around the house. It was really great. The chef’s food was wonderful as well. There is really no place to eat anywhere close to the house so you either have to get the chef or you have to arrange to go to a restaurant in downtown Cancun, which is so much fun. If you’re there for a week and you get tired of laying out, most of the resorts have day passes at the all inclusive resorts so we did that for two days of our stay and it was very fun. I will definitely return. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation. The only downside is that the resort this house is connected to is not nice. You really can’t get in the pool (dirty) and there’s really nothing to do. It’s unfortunate because the house is so amazing the surrounding resort is not

Nice place right on the beach

The place was overall great and our host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is really the end of a row of large beachfront condos not a standalone villa but it was spacious and more than enough room for our family. Our young son loved the kids pool and we all loved the proximity to the beach! It’s right there!! Wonderful condo in Cancun

I spent the past week with my family, two adult children and husbands, kids (age 7, 3, 2), and my wife. The Condo was facing the ocean, steps to the beach. Pool was adjoining the beach and also great for kids, although cold, without heating. Didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant at location as we cooked most meals in the condo and had a few nights out. Cancun is very expensive for meals, and restaurants are not great. We had fund traveling to Puerto Morelos and Isla Mujeres to enjoy beach without waves for the little kids. Unfortunately, we had surf all days, except the last at the condo beach. Renting a car is not worth the trouble as the insurance was more than the car rental. It is cheaper and easier to take the bus when traveling around Cancun (12 pesos/person). A wonderful time! Amazing house and location

We had a great time during our stay. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and all the amenities we needed and then some (beach towels, even sunscreen, some toiletries, well-stocked kitchen). The house location was also perfect - directly outside the main gate was where you could catch the bus which was very simple to use and they came by every 5 min or so. The house is so close to the water, we so enjoyed just watching the water the whole time. It was quite humid when we were there so we couldn't really open the doors to enjoy the breeze but sitting outside was still quite nice and the views just went on forever. Access to the bar was quite literally only about 20 steps away from the back deck which was quite convenient. We did several excursions during the week and were able to get pickup with all of them from the resort lobby so no need to rent a car which saved some money. And Miriam was amazing, was very accessible to answer any question we had over the week, always so friendly and accommodating. We also took advantage of her suggestion to hire Chef Mar to come cook for us nearly everyday and that was the best decision ever! Talk about being able to relax and not have to worry about cooking or cleaning up after - it was heaven! Amazing food and she was so accommodating to come whenever we needed her to. Such a great vacation, would definitely book there again. Do it - you won't regret it.

Such a wonderful place! The property is perfect for a large family and right on the beach. Watch the sunrise from one of the 2 balconies or walk a few steps onto the beach. The pool area was perfect including the children’s pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Miriam made sure we were taken care of from recommendations on transfer services to shopping and all our needs throughout the stay. We will definitely be back!

We had one of the most memorable vacations The villa was clean, spacious, and had excellent air conditioning. We were steps from the beach where we got to see beautiful turquoise waters and perfect sunrise and sunsets. Almost every night, we got to witnesss huge sea turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs. Miriam was the best host. She was just a phone call away from any issues or questions you may have. DO NOT (I REPEAT) DO NOT forget to book Chef Mar for your meals. She prepared breakfast and dinner for my family of 9 and always with a smile. We were always full! She prepares every meal as if she is cooking for her own family.
