Fairly nice and clean and good for a cheap price. Nice staff but would be better if had staff that spoke English. Wi-Fi didn’t work well. Bottled water should be provided free. NO extra amenities. Would be nice to have a small refrigerator in room. NIce location if you want downtown, has a few good restaurants nearby. Would be nice if TV had some English options or at least English subtitles, I couldn’t get TV to do any English. Having English speaking staff at front desk would be helpful. I would come back if I came back to town.

The location was the only good thing. They will charge 300MXN in cash and call it a government tax. You can not claim that back with expedia since they don't provide a recept. The The beds were itchy and the sheets weren't clean, had stains on them. No hot water so you'd have to take your showers during the daytime when the temperature is hot.

When you include breakfast , they give limited breads to eat and when you ask for parking they say they have only 5-10 spots if it’s full , it’s full no other way to park. And the staff don’t understand English at all.

They are better options then this there. Avoid at all cost. Staff are rude, you’re not allowed water or food in the rooms. They charge you extra for basically anything. Just avoid!

Extremely noisy at night by other guests speaking on the phone and front desk doesn't do anything. Some people smell really bad and they are hanging around the hallways and at the front desk. Disgusting

Worse experience ever. The room we stayed at was dirty, peed in the sheets, hair all over the bathroom. Room was never clean, the roof was leaking, not hot water in the shower ( never fixed while in our stay) customer service had a very bad attitude. Never come back to this place again

Terrible. It's not clean. Creepy guy at front counter speaks no English. No food or booze allowed up to the rooms. I pre-paid for a week, but didn't even stay one night and they wouldn't refund me even a portion of my payment.

Not a well kept hotel

My room smelled like all guests smoked in there. Cigarrttes burns on comforter. Dirty looking room. AC did not work. Only one receptionist at Front desk. I know it was a cheap... one night kind of hotel but it is in really bad shape. I stayed in other hotels for $30-35 night and were humble-basic but clean.
