恐らく空調設備の問題で部屋の湿度が凄まじく、数時間で床が水浸しになり、子供が転倒してしまいました。 尋常ではない湿度で、個人の感覚による差はなく、間違いなく不快感を覚えるレベルだと思います。 初めてのカンクンということもあり、食事・ドリンク・ショーなど、オールインクルーシブの各種サービスには満足しましたし、各従業員(特に日本人コンシェルジュ)の対応は大変素晴らしいものでしたが、過去にも多くの指摘があるにも関わらず、設備による湿度の問題が解決されていないのは、経営による顧客軽視の表れと感じます。リピートはありません。

素晴らしい
空港からホテルからのシャトルカーでホテルに向かいましたが、名前の入ったプレートで迎えて下さったスタッフさんがとても感じ良く、そしてドライバーの方と直ぐに私達のスーツケースを消毒してくださり、初めからとても気持ちの良いスタートでした。オーションフロントのお部屋からの眺めは素晴らしく、バルコニーで気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。レストランでのスタッフの対応はとてもフレンドリーで親切で美味しく食事を楽しめました。少し気になったのがお部屋の清掃で、二日間ミニバーの補充が無く、使用済みのコーヒーカップも変えられないままでした。２人で宿泊しているのに、夜用に変えられたベッドメイクも揃えてくださるスリッパも、ベッドに口直しに置いていってくださる小さなチョコレートもひとり分だけだったのが未だに気になるところです。しかしそれ以外は素晴らしかったのでまた訪れたいと思います。

Purchased Infinite package. Loved the private beach area and the room (11th flr) was outstanding. Housekeeping, can’t say enough how much time she spent cleaning. Easy to get dinner resv when booked in the Infinte Club Lounge. The extra benefits of Infinite were not only noticed but enforced by staff. Felt very safe on property. Beach menu was extensive in food and beverage. Had one food safety concern. Set up a BBQ with chicken and Steak outside the ceviche stand. Cook would put raw chicken on with a latex glove and then wipe the glove with a paper towel. Flips raw chicken and uses same tongs to pull meat off grill to serve. I stayed away. May have just been and inexperienced person but that was dangerous. Beach service was a little slow but not really a major issue. We spent (6) hours a day for 5 day on the Infinite Club beach area. I felt we got a good glimpse of service. Restaurants were great! We visited a different one each night. Breakfast Buffet was top notch. Didn’t care for the constant asking to show us a vacation package. Our first day there and he wanted to meet us right away. We declined as we wanted to see property and go to the BEACH! We eventually agreed to meet for 30 mins on our last day and then politely declined after the discussion. 50 steps to the ferry dock for Isla Mujeres. We discussed on plane home. 8.5 out of 10. I would recommend the Infinite package. It’s minimally more and worth every penny. We would go back.

Tiene una playa muy bonita y limpia,el personal son amables,les sugeriría que mejoren su buffet,y también que abran restaurantes con clima a mediodía,pues dos días solo había opción de comida en la playa para comer y el calor era intenso,desde que llegamos había fuga de agua en una llave del baño,pedimos la arreglaran y lo hicieron,a los días siguientes ,llegamos a la habitación y la fuga ya era una llave abierta el agua estuvo saliendo varias horas llamamos la arreglaron y ellos mismos dicen que ya sus instalaciones del baño son muy antiguas y les pasa de repente,es un hotel muy lindo ojalá no lo dejen caer,el restaurante mexicano muy bueno gracias

This is our second time here and it didn’t disappoint. Room was spacious, beautiful ocean front view, plenty of pools so you don’t feel crowded. Breakfast buffet had many options and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Room service was a plus. We’ll definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, staff was great, the housekeepers did a great job but there were a few things I wasn’t crazy about. Husband got sick the second night there. A low level food poisoning, there was smoking in the patio & by the pools and staff kept serving warm coffee at the coffee shop. I would order hot coffee but get warm coffee. They make a batch of espresso & let it sit a while & when you order they just steam the milk & pour the warm espresso making the drink slightly warm. I either want hot coffee or cold coffee, this luke warm thing I’m not a fan of.

Room dial phone doesn’t work so we failed to get room service for five days. During the time, we’ve tried to figure out with front desk, one staff said press 0, the other staff says a different way, but just nobody really solve our issue. Until the fifth/sixth day, they sent a lady to change the dial phone. Meanwhile, the lady also still tried to proof not phone’s issue just because we don’t know how to use it. In the end! Yeah, of course their’s issue then she replace the dial phone. Terrible experience !!For room cleaning, that’s horrible too! I can see exact same water mark from first day until last day. How can I believe other place is cleaned?! Service and food are average. Overall, my family is super disappointed. Never ever go back. no recommand.

To begin with, the hotel appeared to be quite old from the outside, even before we entered. Upon check-in, we were informed that reservations were required for all restaurants except the buffet, which did not appeal to us. When we arrived at our room, the view was stunning, but the room itself seemed outdated. The sink was clogged, and the bathtub leaked throughout our entire stay. We attempted to make reservations for the restaurants, but most were fully booked or did not accommodate our three-year-old daughter. The service we received was not particularly welcoming, and the food was not enjoyable. Regrettably, this has been our most disappointing stay to date. While Cancun is a beautiful destination, I believe our experience would have been significantly better if we had chosen a different resort. I must express my profound sadness and disappointment in this regard.

Family and I visited this resort and had a fantastic time. So far the best we've been in cancun. Would definitely return again in the future. Drinks were plenty. Food was amazing. Kids loved the pools. If i had anything negative to say, it would be that the breakfast buffet could be better. I went during low season so there was no line wait for anything or reservations needed.

I would give this resort a solid 9.2. This resort was situated right by the beach and it is breathtaking. The resort consists of 4 outdoor pools. I loved how after you spent time at the beach/pool the staff would exchange your wet towels for dry ones along with slippers before you entered the hotel. I also loved how they had a turn down service, so our room was always cleaned - twice! Everything is walking distance. No need for a stroller. Breakfast was mainly one restaurant that was buffet style. Even though it was one restaurant, it had a lot of variety and tasted fantastic. Lunch was mainly pool side service. I loved the stackable containers the food was brought in so it was always warm and no insects could get in the way. Dinner was all reservations that we made as soon as we checked in and recommended in order to get your time slot preferences. The Coral Kidz Cub had a great waterpark, old school video games, and activities for the children. Family time is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and drop off/registration begins at 2:00 pm for children 6 and older. There is also a Sports Lounge for sports enthusiasts like myself filled with old school classic video games, foosball, pool tables and air hockey. A lot of pros! The only drawbacks with this resort were that the rooms were a little outdated. And that the kids club activities were not as exciting as compared to the Finest/Nickelodeon and that children under 6 could not be dropped off as opposed to the other 2 resorts.

Overall, a very good all inclusive experience. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The resort, itself, was very nice and comfortable, if a little in need of minor upgrades. Food was fresh, good and abundant. Pools were excellent and the beach area was pretty good.

The food service staff was the best part of our vacation. However, room service was the worst ive ever experienced. I booked two rooms and they did not explain to me that the second room should be under another phone number in order to use it for room service, so I was enabled to place orders for one of our rooms. When ai went to the front desk to change the phone number, i asked if we wiuld be getting a new message on WhatsApp to use ot for room service, they said yes but that it would take some time. 24 hours later, it still didn't work and the front desk was still enable to help us. I then figured it out on my own, and we finally were able to place an order. However, these orders take 2 hours to get to your room. I experienced it in both of the rooms I booked. The food options were great, but you have to make sure to make your reservations as soon as you arrive to ensure you get to try their dining options. They have pretty fancy restaurants included and that's what made pur stay worth it. Just make sure to bring proper attire for dining. Even the buffet was good. The only 2 options I was disappointed with was the Café, which was too small and not very appealing, and the Cevichería, because of their inconsistent hours. It would open late and close early (there's a calendar of dining options on their website). They also have free activities, which were not offered to us when we arrived, so make sure to look for it on their website to help you plan your stay.

The property is beautiful and all the staff is very attentive and friendly. I think the only change I would make is to include an evening buffet for the ones not wanting or can’t get reservations for the restaurants. I would come back again and those who are contemplating absolutely go you won’t regret it.

I loved the location, beach area is kind of small but clean. Staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Special shout out to the aqua workout exercise staffs and to Francesca at Isla Contoy restaurant.

Overall, the resort was enjoyable, but I had some issues with the lunch options. There was only one restaurant available, focused mainly on seafood, which isn't my preference. The salad buffet also lacked variety. However, the dinner options were better; the Mexican restaurant and steakhouse were highlights, while the Japanese restaurant was average.
