美しくて快適なビーチに直結している。また、レストランやナイトスポットの多い中心部にも徒歩10分程度で行ける。一方、建物は全体的に古びており、セーフティーボックスの鍵はレセプションに借りに行かないといけない、洗面台が詰まった（いずれも対応はされた）、クローゼット内に雨水管が通っていてスコールの際に音が大きいなど、設備面ではかなり見劣りする。

スイートはキッチン付きで広々快適！とっても良いホテル

キッチン付きのスイートルームのため、70㎡と広々、リビングにダイニングテーブルあり、キッチン付き、テラスも広く、子連れだったのでとてもくつろげました。冷蔵庫は大きくて十分な大きさでしたし、食器やお鍋類、オーブン、レンジなどなど調理に必要なものはほぼ揃っていました。しいて言えば、調味料があれば尚良かったなとは思いますがちょっと贅沢すぎる要望ですかね。お庭のヤシの木や外観のデザインも良かったです。テラスにも6人座れるテーブルとイスのセットの他に低めの椅子が2つ。外の空気を感じながら食事ができて大満足。私が泊まったお部屋は眺めは良くなかったけれど、眺めが良いお部屋もあります。お部屋は高級感はあまりないですが、まるで自宅にいるかのようにくつろげました。コストパフォーマンスが高い！こちらのホテルに3泊した後別のホテルに1泊したのですが、ここのホテルに4泊すれば良かったと後悔したほどです。朝食はイマイチでしたが、このお値段なら妥当な朝食だと思います。バス停がすぐ近くにあるため移動もしやすいです。

tooooo bad

となりの部屋の、声が丸聞こえ。とてもうるさく寝られなかった。受付にも伝えて部屋を変えて欲しいと言ったが、空き部屋がないとの回答。こちらで確認する限り使ってなさそうな部屋はあったが。備え付けのドライヤーも使ってる途中に壊れ、替えを持ってきて欲しいと伝えたが、1時間経ってやっと持ってきた。とにかく最悪。絶対勧めないし、もう泊まることも一生ない。

コスパ抜群のホテル

滞在前半のカンクン周辺観光のハブホテルとして利用。早朝ホテルを出発して日中は遺跡やセノーテ、テーマパークなどを観光、夜に戻るパターンで日中はほとんどホテルにいないため、オールインクルーシブではないホテルを選択。繁華街まで徒歩圏内でレストランのオプションも多い。ホテル内施設は可もなく不可もなくという感じでハネムーンなどには向かないが、ビーチは素晴らしい。費用を抑えてカンクンを楽しみたい人にはオススメ。

Zona Hotelera北側の比較的穏やかなビーチを楽しむため，ここのホテルを選びました．タクシーでホテルに着いてすぐ，愛想の良いベルボーイが出てきて荷物を運んでくれました．また受付カウンターの方も比較的流ちょうな英語で速やかに対応してくれました．ロビーにはスライスされたレモン入りの水が用意されていました．しかし，もらったルームキーがしばしば正常に動作せず，締め出しを食うことがありました．部屋の環境は比較的良いものでしたが，冷蔵庫が無いこと，シャワールームの引き戸の開け閉めがし難く力が要ったこと，数匹蚊が居たこと，近くのスーパーマーケットや飲食店までは徒歩10分くらいかかること，などが残念でした．クーラーの効きは良いものでした．金庫も比較的最新の物が設置してありました．wifiも快適に使用できました．朝食もビュッフェ形式で，フルーツをはじめ，できたてのオムレツも食べることが出来ました．全体として良くも悪くも平均的と思います．

カンクンのホテルゾーンにあって、目の前のビーチでも遊べるホテル

北のビーチに面してるこのホテルは遠浅のビーチが楽しめる。もちろん、海は凄く綺麗！！ホテルも一見、かなりいい感じだが、メンテや、サービスは若干・・・ただし、このロケーションと設備を考えるとコストパフォーマンスはいいと思う。

ホテルの名前からしてオーシャンビューかと思っていましたがそうでもなく部屋の前は隣のホテル。。。そしてWi-Fiが使えませんでした。サービス内容の中に無料Wi-Fiと書いてあるのにも関わらず全く使えず。使えないとフロントに伝えに行くと技術者を送るので部屋で待機するように言われ待つものの３０分たっても誰も来ず。しびれを切らして再びフロントに行くと「たまにこういうことは起こるんだ。みんな同じ条件さ。」と言われ呆然。プール、ビーチは申し分なりませんでしたがフロントスタッフの質が最悪です。

Quiet location with awesome beach!!Staff was helpful and pleasant..we walked to nice food store 10min away and got all we needed plus pastries. The people who work there are very warm and welcoming, the picture of Mexican hospitality! But the property is in poor repair with worn, dated furnishings and surfaces. Additionally, the dining here is limited and quite frankly, awful.

I loved the beach at the property, it’s in a quieter spot but the property itself could do with a revamp. It was clean and I found the bed was comfortable, staff were friendly but it is dated. If you are spending most of your time at the beach or on day trips it’s fine as it’s cheaper and less noisy and crowded than other hotels in this area.

Very clean and easy walking distance to many attractions around. Willing to help you get transportation to anywhere you needed. Restaurant staff were super awesome. Had a mishap at initial check in with someone already being in my room. Staff quickly rectified the situation.

The beach was the best waterfront around based on what we saw when walking around. The property grounds are nice and the pool was good. The rooms are very dated and the amenities such as dishes and blankets are weak at best. They could really use an update but our adequate.

I really enjoyed this property. There are no large tour groups, so there is not a lot of people, and it is nice and quiet. Sorry there is no loud music pumping all day like in the big all inclusive resorts. The place is immaculate clean and you can always get a chair in the beach and pool

On checking in the manager recognized me from my first stay here, which I take as a sign of great attention. I was afforded an upgrade to a lovely suite with two ample balconies, one overlooking the beach. The suite was very clean and well maintained. It had a kitchenette, living room, sizeable bedroom, and bathroom. There is a safe for valuables. I ate at the beachfront restaurant and the food was good and service was prompt and pleasant. I was only there for one night but would highly recommend if your looking for a well run beachfront resort.

Nice and quiet with a great beach. No problem getting loungers by the pool or palapa at the beach.

All staff are extremely friendly and more rhan accommodating. Beach is beautiful and very well attended. Property is spotless. Have been there numerous times and look forward to many more visits .

Algo vieja pero cómoda. Lo mejor es la atención del personal sobre todo en el desayuno buffet. Lo peor es que nos dieron toallas sucias para la alberca.
