"We were a party of 5 young at heart seniors who enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was of a high standard and a lot of thought went into the detail to make our stay 5*. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuites immaculate. The weather at the time was hot and we made use of the lovely pool and aircon. "Great place for peace and quiet after visiting wineries and Chateau Monbazillac. It’s larger than the photos depict and quite comfortable. The bed is soft with down pillows so sleeping can be challenging until you adjust to a more relaxed environment. The room is dark when the shutters are closed. Martin and his family are welcoming and yet allow total autonomy. "

"Nice house in a lovely location. Great internet and small but perfectly adequate pool. Well equipped kitchen except the fridge would be very small for 8, we felt it just coped with 3. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Main downside was the mattress in the double bedroom nearest to the kitchen was hopelessly soft and we could not both sleep in it lApart from that, great stay. "

"We loved our stay at this property. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a delicious dinner on out first night and waking up to breakfast each morning was such a treat. Everything is home made and fresh! I also had a lovely massage which I would highly recommend. The pool area is relaxing and picturesque, while our gite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope we can come backa again soon, "
