"Staff were lovely - very welcoming. Room was clean and well equipped. It was fantastic having 2 linked rooms to share as a family. We stayed in August and it was very hot without air conditioning. We couldn't prop the window open to cool the room and despite comfortable beds none of us slept well. The breakfast in the morning was expensive and the pineapple was fizzy/acoholic/off."

Fresh oysters pulled straight from the sea await at waterfront stalls along Cancale's picturesque harbor. Climb to the Pointe du Grouin headland for breathtaking views of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay and the emerald coastline.
We had a very nice stay at hotel. We even added a night because the location is so convenient and the service was excellent and welcoming. We only can recommend the hotel.

Finding this gem was a highlight of my long trip. My room was absolutely perfect - comfy, clean, and even had its own little private patio where I sat and finished work with a glass of wine upon arrival. We only stayed one night at the Chateau, so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to explore the grounds. The little that we were able to see was beautiful and such a needed break from the chaos of Paris. The hosts were helpful and very kind. The breakfast in the morning was delightful. We loved the homemade apple juice! We also enjoyed the breads and pastries, but we very excited to have some freshly made eggs. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would suggest making sure you...

I really enjoyed my one day stay at hotel ocean. It was five minutes out of the old city. Very walkable. The room was small, but more than sufficient. There’s no elevator, therefore the staff offered to assist with the luggage. Good free overnight parking in a lot right in front of the hotel. There was a recommendation also for dinner, but I decided to go elsewhere because I wanted to go into the old town the breakfast was a continental breakfast, but quite a few and unlimited choices. We stayed here for 4 nights and had an overall good experience.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was small (16m2) but it had everything we needed. We were contacted prior to our stay about our room preferences (1 double bed vs two single beds or bathtub vs shower) and our preferences were taken into account. Even though our room was right next to the elevator, I was plesantly suprised that the room was very quiet. Hotel offers breakfast (additional cost) but we opted to have...

Superb hotel. It’s a unique property that’s been thoughtfully and beautifully restored. It’s even better in person than in the photos. Lots of comfortable outdoor spaces to enjoy the incredible views. Staff was attentive and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel’s location is excellent. I would recommend parking in the large carpark outside the wall (5-min walk from the hotel). The hosts are so sweet, professional and friendly! They go out of their way to serve you and make your stay super comfortable. They take their time chatting with guests and bring anything you ask. The rooms are on the small size but that is everywhere in Saint Malo as all the buildings are small. The owners said they’re going to renovate the hotel in the coming months...

Great place to enjoy St. Malo for a few days. It's location is perfect, situated right next to the beach and in good distance from the town center (about a 30 min walk). The staff is unbelievably helpful.
