This newly built home has hard floors throughout, Main Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite, central A/C and heating to all rooms, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso and dishwasher, WiFi and access to Prime Video/Fire TV.

The Queen and Double bedrooms share the main bathroom.

There is an internal laundry with washing machine.

There is also an onsite Tesla wall charger with fast charging - there is no extra fee for our guests to use this.

Guests have exclusive use of the home and it is self check-in & check-out.
Please note that the home is located on the rear side of a shared block, with a residence at the front side of the block.
Access will be via the side drive.
