• No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $300 fine.
• Key loss will result in a charge of $200; if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged. We are not able to help you with key issues after 10 pm.
• Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Keys need to be placed back in our nominated place before the check-out time.
