You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

An executive 3 bedroom modern house, all to yourself

Enjoy this modern, central and peaceful home, whether with your friends or with your family. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests or 3 couples, with 3 comfortable Queen size beds. A sofa bed is available at $50 per person per night. ( At least 2 days' notice is required for the sofa bed).
The living areas are well lit with natural light and drenched in northerly sun during winter. The house is conveniently located, only 5 minutes drive to Belconnen shopping Mall, 5 minutes to Hawker shopping Centre and 15 minutes drive to the Canberra City Centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. These include a cook top, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, Expresso coffee machine, blender, electric fryer, rice cooker, wine glasses, etc. Long stays are welcome.

Great place to stay and see Canberra

This house is modern, with all you need as a base to explore Canberra and its surrounds. It was clean, comfortable and the host was great! Easy communication and happy to help out with any questions. I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Floriade experience

We used this house as our base to explore Canberra. It is lovely modern house, very comfortable and tidy. The location is handy to Belconnen and Canberra sights. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, modern home in a quiet location. Very clean, roomy and tastefully furnished. Close to shops and restaurants, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Judy was wonderful to deal with - great communication and very helpful.

The house is very nice and comfortable, plenty of off street parking and very clean

Judy was very accommodating host, house is lovely and very roomy. The location is actually quite accessible to most attractions and city centre, approximately 10 - 15 minutes drive from city centre Plenty of parking space and quiet neighbourhood . There was a little communication breakdown at first to get into the property but once sorted we were very pleased with the presentation of the property and the suburb was very central to all our needs. I would recommend this property to stay.

Solid, tidy home with good amenities and close to Belconnen.

Place worked well for us. Kitchen could benefit with a few more basic items and a good chopping board. Couple of small maintenance issues eg broken towel rack in onsuite, cracked shower head in 2nd bathroom and stove and oven not working too well. We loved the coloured pencils and books for the children and spinach from garden.

A clean and organising house

The house is very clean & tidy. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and the living room is big enough for our group of 6 adults. The owner is very considerate to label what the things are inside the cabinet. There is also very clear information and instructions well labelled. Love it!
