La vista molto bella, ma la stanza aveva mobili molto vecchi, le pareti erano così sottile che si sentivano i vicini di stanza quante volte usavano il water da non poter dormire di notte. Un vero incubo, infatti siamo partiti in anticipo. La reception non molto professionale.

Felt like we were being hustled during checking for the dinner buffet package when other options were available but only presented after we refused the package. The hotel double billed us for the room even after I presented my Expedia receipt showing that the full amount had been collected. The room view was of the roof top mechanics with a door to the roof that cound not be secured. Other rooms also had access to the roof, so we place a chair in front of the door. Food was good.

Un soggiorno rilassante

Sono andato a trascorrere qualche giorno a Canazei con un amico. L’hotel è in una bellissima posizione, camere grandi e spaziose, sala wellness con vista montagne, davvero ottimo punto di appoggio per chi fa sport e vuole rilassarsi al rientro. Ma bisogna fare piccoli appunti.. la pulizia delle camere non è da 3stelle S, non vengono cambiati gli asciugamani a volte. La cosa più fastidiosa quando si è in ferie è trovare la mattina a colazione camerieri che rispondono con poca cortesia e non salutano gli ospiti allo stesso modo, insomma, se non fai pensione completa e non hai una certa età allora sei valutato in modo diverso? Penso che le buone maniere siano parte indispensabile della Ristorazione. Invece davvero simpatici alla reception e davvero buon servizio in generale.

Volata in Val di Fassa

Breve vacanza di 3 giorni in Val di Fassa prima del ritorno al lavoro e a scuola. Ottima sistemazione in albergo con una stanza che posso definire reggia (così scherzosamente mi hanno detto al check in). Ma avevano ragione, disposta su due piani con doppi servizi e due balconi. Una vera sorpresa !! Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Albergo bello ma datato. Andrebbero fatto degli aggiornamenti all'arredamento. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Nota negativa la discoteca a fianco dell'hotel. Personale di sicurezza, se presente, non sufficiente e/o non all'altezza, vari schiamazzi notturni e anche rissa alle 3.30....Se ritorno sicuramente vorrei una camera sul retro
