Appartamento bello ma con problemi

1) pulizia molto superficiale; 2) terrazzi in ristrutturazione e su uno di essi numerosi materiali da costruzione (un sacco di cemento sul davanzale, pezzi di battiscopa con chiodi lunghi almeno 3-4 cm, pezzi di ferraglia, etc.); 3) la doccia idromassaggio ha allagato il bagno e mancavano degli stracci da terra per raccogliere l’acqua; 4) mancanza di privacy per l’assenza di tendine e l’ubicazione a livello strada, cosa particolarmente sgradevole se si pensa alle camere da letto.

Appartamento grande e attrezzato. Posto

Servizi nella normalità. Pulizie molto superficiali. La doccia del bagno principale inutilizzabile perchè ha un problema al tubo di scarico. Mancanza di privacy in quanto tutte le finestre sono senza tende. L'appartamento è posto al piano rialzato e l'intero perimetro si trova a livello di una strada in salita molto vicina, pertanto gli interni sono visibili dall'esterno e occorre tenere le persiane abbassate a metà riducendo così la quantità di luce. Posto auto impraticabile per un suv.

Top moderne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist top und hervorzuheben ist die super betreuung durch den Anbieter Interhome! Alle Mitarbeiter sind super Kundenorientiert und nett. Wir hatten ein technisches Problem mit einer Dusche. Dieses wurde sehr professionell gelöst! Wir kommen wieder!

Moderna e spaziosa

La casa ha un salone con angolo cottura grande, è moderna sia a livello di struttura che di arredi, e in generale è spaziosa con due grandi camere da letto. Ha due bagni nuovi, così come la cucina. Il parcheggio è un po' stretto, ma è molto comodo il fatto che sia coperto, soprattutto in giornate nevose o in caso di ghiaccio. Ha una terrazza perimetrale molto lunga, che sembra comoda anche se in inverno non l'abbiamo sfruttata.
