"The location was amazing, and the pools, private beach area, and beach access was awesome. The property is pretty old but nicely maintained and freshened up. There are a few tell tale signs of how old and well ised the property is but all in all, I would recommend this location if you are in NSB and want to be at the beach, with an apartment style place to sleep in. Too bad I cant rate it with partial stars, as it is over4 but i wouldnt give it a full 5 due to some minor gaps."

"Lovely hotel, cabana poolside room. Breakfast at the waffle cafe was charming, ample. Second day shortstaffed. The restaurant was delicious, great service. Did not use the spa facilities, but look forward to another visit. "

"We absolutely LOVED stayin at the Victoria 1883! Fabiola showed us around the property and herself and her husband have done a beautiful job with it. The rooms are amazing and the staff is so kind. Highly recommend staying here, and getting a drink in the speakeasy! "

"This was our second time. Rachel and Gordon are amazing host, they really want to make your stay an great experience. It's not a stay with them, it's an experience. They will have a gift basket for when you check in. Great location, you can walk to Canal Street in a couple minutes. You are a 8-12 minutes away from the beach depending on what access point you go to. Make sure you bring your shower soap and shampoo."

"Liz and Tommy were excellent hosts. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it. And it’s in the ideal location for visiting the historic area of New Smyrna Beach. Once we parked the car, we didn’t have to get in it again. We were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful bars and restaurants, music, and little shops, with an art scene as well. The area was not too crowded…it was just right. "

"This cozy little place was absolutely spotless. It’s not fancy, but it has all the necessities and is a very comfortable spot to enjoy some time at the beach. It’s a duplex technically, but very private - we didn’t feel like we were sharing a house. It’s on a very quiet, woodsy street away from the traffic but only a few blocks from the main part of town. The host was very accommodating - we had to bring our dog at the last minute, and he made it painless to change our reservation. The back yard is fenced in and safe for furry vacationers. There is a train nearby but we weren’t bothered by it at all. Overall a wonderful spot and we would definitely stay there again!"
