A genuine 'guest'house

Beautiful little place, well situated, easy to find, a wonderful host. Felt more like staying with a friend than in an impersonal hotel. Only one observation ... if staying at the weekend, ask for a room facing the main street, as there's a rather too lively restaurant in the alleyway behind the pension.

Perfect little spot for our stay in canakkale. Our room was just a double bed and small bathroom ensuite but it suited us fine. The bed was nice and comfy, got to hear all the night activity which was nice. Wonderfully local, with lots of food options nearby and a quick walk to the port. I didn't get her name, but the lady at the front desk was always friendly and super smiley and did a wonderful job of welcoming us despite us having a hard time of completely understanding each other. The only little hiccup was the broken bathroom door, but it didn't phase is too much. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Probably the best budget-friendly hotel around. Very clean. Excellent location and fabulous service. They don't speak English besides the standard check-in and check-out phrases, so just use Google Translate with them and they're more than happy to help. You won't find better value than this especially if you're traveling with 3 or more people.

no kettle and no drink water, no tea and coffee bags, no fridge, no table and chairs-nothing to entertain and relax you but bad feeling and the host cannot understand the guest needs without one english word to communicate each other- terrible experiences !

Some concerns about cleanliness and maintenance

For budget accommodation this was not bad. The only problem was a cockroach appearing in our room when we were going to sleep. We told the person at reception and they dealt with it immediately by offering us another room. We hope that the management will address this issue promptly to ensure future guests do not face similar problems.

1 gece konaklama için tercih ettik. Otel barlar sokağının girişinde yer alıyor. Gece 2 ye kadar odanızın içinde müzik dinlemek istiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Oda bir yatak bir dolap tv ve klimadan oluşuyor eşyalarınızı koyabileceğiniz bşr masa bile yok. Banyo ve tuvaletten bahsetmek dahi istemiyorum. Bir daha tercih eder misiniz sorusuna gelirse arabamda yatmayı tercih ederim.

Odalar çok dar ve kullanışlı değildi. 1 gece 2 gün Çanakkale gezisi ve ardından Bozcaada’ya geçiş için kullandık. 1 gece için ideal ama fazlası için konforlu bir oda gerekir. Merkez’de bulunması her yere yürüme mesafesi olması çok iyi bir konuma sahip. Resepsiyondaki beyfendi güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi.

İçeri girdiğimizde kat giriş kapılarının çık kalması için kapı önlerine sandalyeler konmuştu. İçeri girişi engelliyordu. Koridorlarda kabaran ve renk değiştiren küflenen yeler vardı. Odaya girdiğimizde odanın penceresi açık ve yatak örtüsünün üstü toz ve is parçaları vardı. Bu nedenle yatış yapmadın odadan ayrıldık. Bu kadar bakımsiz ve kirli başka bir otel görmemiştim.

Otoparksız ve gürültü ortamı var

Öncelikle özelliklerde otopark yazmasına rağmen otoparkı yok. Yakınında bulunan otoparka 6-12 saat için 200 lira verdik. Tüm gün 250 liraydı. Pansiyonu kiralarken bunu da göz önünde bulundurun. Ayrıca pansiyonun konumu çok merkezi fakat erken yatıp erken kalkacağım derseniz hemen yanındaki canlı müzik mekanı biraz rahatsız edebilir. Yaklaşık 12 civarı müzik bitiyor ama tabi ortam gürültüsü geliyor. 2 kişilik oda aşırı küçük yatak ve bavulu açınca oda kapısının önü boş kalıyor sadece eşyanız çoksa veya dar alanda rahat edemiyorsanız iyi bir tercih olmaz. Temizlikten yana sıkıntı yoktu.

Rezervasyon teyidi için oteli aradım.Rezervasyonu iptal edip bizden satın alın dedi otel.Kabul etmedim.Karı koca olduğumuzu özellikle belirttim.İpsala sınır kapısından gece yarısı geçip otele ulaşacağımızı bildirdik.Otele gidince,standart bir oda olarak 202 nolu odayı verdiklerini söylediler.Odada 2 kişinin hareket edemeyeceği kadar alan aşırı dar.Yatak çarşafı delikti.Battaniye,yorgan yoktu.Klozet kapağı yoktu.Sabah çıkarken odanın aşırı küçük olduğunu bildirdik.Ayrıca aile odamız da var dediler.Bize oysa standart oda olarak tek oda denilmişti.Aile odasını dalga geçer gibi onlardan odayı tutmadık diye bize vermediklerini düşündük.Çünkü;anahtarı teslim ettiğimiz görevli kadın,bizim memnuniyetimiz yerine istediğiniz yere şikayet edin demeyi tercih etti.O kadar da umurlarında değiliz yani Standart dedikleri aşırı küçük odacıkta bizi zor durumda bıraktıktan sonra aile odasını sonradan söylemelerinin başka bir açıklaması olamaz.
