The hotel is very convenient ( walkable from the airport!). My single room was small but sufficient and they helped me with directions to several places with public transport. Breakfast was decent and plentiful and it is well located in town to everywhere you want to go.

Good value for price

Easy walk to the ferries to Gallipoli and bus to Troy. Rooms are basic but clean. I did not maid service or my trash emptied any time during my 3 night stay. Breakfast is basic.

Great hotels at convenient location .

Stayed there for 3 days . The hotel is located very close to the town centre. Just a few minutes walk . The hotel room is simple but clean and decent size . The front desk was very helpful giving information and directions . And our small issue with the room was quickly responded to and fixed . Buffet breakfast could do better but that’s not a big deal .

Good value budget accommodation. Reasonable location, close to the dolmus for Troy and a 10-15 minute walk from the ferry port for the Gallipoli peninsula. Room had a fridge and kettle and air conditioning. Rather dimly lit, otherwise fine. Breakfast was continental style with not much choice, but plenty to eat. Staff were pleasant.

Good for a single night. We were passing trough town and selected this hotel because it seemed clean. There is very limited parking around the property. Location is in the middle of old town. The hotel is very basic no frills place but as I mentioned it was clean. Street noise can get a bit loud.

The staff were very good. Room needs a bit of work. Lighting is not very bright. Showerhead didn't spray evenly and was unable to adjust. Sink tap was loose. Good location though and ok for a short stay.

Canakkale stay

Had a 4 night stay, fast friendly check in, clean comfy room, good shower. Breakfast was basic, and no coffee, but think it was because we were at start of season. Staff were all excellent, very helpful.

Having just come from a few nights on a squeaky bunk bed in a messy room inIstanbul, Caliskalar Otel was everything I hoped and just what I needed. The room was not big, but as a comfortable, well appointed private space, it was just right. Well kept and very clean, a great Turkish breakfast buffet in the morning… and helpful, friendly staff. It was a real bargain.

Nice, little hotel in the center of the city. Although this was convenient in many ways it comes with the disadvantage of having a little bit noisy environment. The breakfast was very basic.
