「We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, in a convenient location, and worked perfectly for our group. We did have a small issue getting into the house at first, but the host responded right away and resolved it quickly. The online pictures of the upstairs bedrooms aren’t fully up to date, but in a good way. One room now has a full-size bed and the other has an extra twin bed, which was a nice surprise. 「This property was perfect for our family. Lots of amenities, located on a great part of the lake, and the view alone was worth the trip. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the kayaks and paddle board. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Very clean and well taken care of. We will be back!」

This worked out perfectly for our daughter & son’s (not saying in law, because he is like a son to us) wedding reception at The Castle. The property was perfect for Friday night pizza party (Hixson’s pizza!) before the big event Saturday. The boys stayed here and LOVED IT! The cornhole game, firepit & hot tub were a hit! 「Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted...
