「The property was very clean and quiet. The outside parking was ample and the surface had just been re-paved. The room was clean and comfortable, the a/c worked great and we had plenty of hot water with adequate water pressure. Breakfast was simple (bagels, waffle, cereal, eggs/sausage)but adequate. The location was centralized and easy to get in/out of. Felt safe during our stay. No complaints and would re-book here if the need arises.」

「I never heard of a booked room the guest having to request to be cleaned after the room is given to the guest. Every hotel I've been to the room given to me is always clean. Here at La Quinta the room was given to me dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty.
