Spacious Home/Duplex/2 bedrooms (queen beds) and 2 pull out couches/twin bed in basement/sleeps 9/2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms/Front door code access/Wireless internet/ Two 40in Smart TV's with Basic Cable/Soaker tub in master/ Large Deck with seating/ Lots of Light/ Attached Single Car Garage with remote/Driveway and street parking/ Laundry and Dryer/Dishwasher/ Fireplace

Spacious back garden with large deck. Lots of light throughout the day. Cozy fireplace.

Guests can access all parts of the home. The Shed and storage closet in the basement are not open to guests.

We are available to be contacted by Airbnb messaging or by phone.

Access to shopping within a few minutes. Ten minutes from downtown. Our neighbourhood is a very family friendly area. We have a park across the street from our home. There are a few golf courses in town and a driving range. Walking trails close by.

We have taxi services in town Armand's Cabs, Mirror Lake Taxi and Rose City Taxi.

Walking trails include Mirror lake and the valley.

Cozy and clean!
The house was very clean and cozy. It was a great size house for myself and my family! The smell of the house was nice, but it was probably a little strong at times. Overall it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend staying here!! The owners were very friendly and easy to get ahold of. Great!!

Perfect Accomodation
The duplex was close to everything, easy to find, clean, comfortable & spacious. We appreciated having our own rooms, so my daughter could get a good sleep in preparation for dance competition-way better than a hotel! Little touches like the wine, coffee for the Keurig, and a blanket on the couch to stay cozy were great. Communication with the owners was fast and dependable. Wonderful stay!

Perfect spot in Camrose.
My son and I were in town for a week and really enjoyed our time at the house. Great location, clean and well appointed house with a lovely back yard.

Sister weekend
My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend. We found the house to be perfect for our stay. The house is nicely decorated and we felt at home. It is in a nice neighbourhood and we felt safe there. The deadbolt in the front door is loose and it stuck a bit. It needs looking at. Also we are used to having top sheets on our beds. It was quite warm in the house and the comforter was too much.

We were attending a family wedding just outside of Camrose and this place was the perfect place to stay, we had lots of space and really enjoyed having the back yard and deck. So much better than a hotel. Well equipped and spacious. Thanks
